Good grief does the City of Philadelphia have a problem with stray cats. I'd say that the problem here is as bad or worse than Rome & Athens. I've been to all three places and it is just out of control. I even had a feral cat stuck on my 3rd floor terrace in my last apartment down here in Philly. How it got up there? I have no idea. How it got down before I got home from work? I have no idea, but it did.
