The Philadelphia Chapter of the National Lawyers Gulid is having a panel discussion on the current administration's expansive view of Executive power in the name of National Security. Come and hear distinguished scholars and litigators discuss the threat to the American Constitution. Topics will include: the Constitutional implications of the War Powers Resolution, Domestic Electronic Surveillance, F.I.S.A., U.S.A. Patriot Act and the call for impeachment.
