I boughty my first TransPass for riding SEPTA this morning. It's cold outside. I dunno what I'll end up doing when/if the SEPTA workers strike at the end of the month.
Now I wanna get my money's worth and ride the trains/buses everywhere.
It would be nice to have a 30-day montly pass, not a strict October or November, etc... pass. Or at least card where you can refill as needed, like some other cities have eg NYC, DC.
if you have time to kill, try the R7 up to Trenton...
A nice bus ride is to Plymouth Meeting (Sub to Olney, L out Gtn Pike). Another is to King of Prussia...
Albert, you could spend a year going everyplace SEPTA does, and it would be worth it. Just get to understand the Zone fares. While most of them are rush-hour beasties, there are some gotchas the further out you go, but during off-peak you can go nearly anywhere!

Now you'll have no excuse not to visit me when I'm in Warminster. Ooh, which means we could finally go to Blue Sage (wonderful, wonderful, wonderful vegetarian restaurant very close to my parents' house).
