George Clooney just released a film he directed called, "Good Night and Good Luck". It's about Edward R. Murrow and his news stories about McCarthyism. Clooney was on The Daily Show recently talking about it. With his announcement about doing a remake of 'Network' it seems he's interested in the corporate corruption of media. Like a lot of us are... He elluded to as much, but was VERY carfull. My hats off to a famous person with an apparent subversive agenda in this day and age of right wing madness. ESPECIALLY in the corporate controlled movie/media business. Ah but people forget their ideologies so fast when lots of money is involved. It may be the only way to stop the right wing. Pay 'em off.

I saw that Daily Show, but missed most of the Clooney segment. It was an all-Hollywood week on TDS. The new additions to the show are nice. Seeing young Courddry is hilarious.
