From this WaPo article. Should they now be prosecuted? In March, Loudoun School Board Chairman John A. Andrews II purchased an American flag on eBay for $25,000.
Yesterday, he burned it.
Is that even more reason to prosecute them? This wasn't just any American flag. Depending on whom you ask, the nylon flag with white stitching either did or did not fly at the Pentagon when it was attacked on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001.
But no one is sure.

And for the photo geeks out there, this photo [and WaPo's others?] still has the exif info intact. Tracy used a Canon EOS-1D Mark II with [I'm deducing] the EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM @ 16mm; f/6.3; 1/320 sec; ISO-100. And WaPo is still on Adobe PS7, the exif data also reveals. I'm a fan of PS7 as well and not planning on moving to CS anytime soon.
