I was over by Welcome Park today in Old City. I've been there many times before, but I had never really noticed the statue of Billy Penn [?] right there in the middle. Not only did I not notice the statue, but I guess I also missed the second "boner statue" in Philly. The first being atop City Hall. How many more of these are out there?

That's quite a welcome! I've been by that park a million times and never ever noticed it quite that way. Now, of course, I'll never be able to look at it the same way again.
