Comment on Philly.com

So Philly.com, the online home of the Inky and the 'News has like a bajillion blogspot sites in it's farm. A few days ago, I saw a story [can't recall which one] that had a link to post a comment on the story. I clicked it and it only lead me to the bottom of the story with a map link to "#recent_comm" at the end of the URL, no input field.

But today, I see that there's another story on the front page which has the same map link appended to it. It worked earlier in the day, but now, nothing.

This is some shoddy ass rollout for a site that gets some serious traffic and ad revenue.
