I saw this shot of a figure in black holding a baby several weeks ago. It is in a little alleyway on South St just east of Broad St next to the public garden. But I only on Friday took the time to go into the lot and snap a shot. It's probably my favorite graffiti piece I've seen here in Philly. I hope it lasts for awhile.
