Above are two photos that I had published in the August edition of Milestones magazine here in Philly, a publication of the Philadephia Corporation of the Aging. The first [cover] shot[s] were for a 'Rittenhouse Square' shoot. I just walked up to a bunch of people and asked them if it was okay to take some shots. Those two gentlemen were kind enough to smile for me and sign off. There were a few other people who weren't comfortable with signing off, totally okay.

The second [page 3] shot was of a shoot at the William Way Community Center about people coming out of the closet later in life. It was incredible listening to them speak for the almost two hours I was there snapping photos of them. Talking about how they couldn't come out when they were younger, just because. The problems they have everyday because they are older and also because they are gay. It's great to see organizations like William Way that are out there as a great community resource with some funding to provide a structured formatting.
I'm headed up by Torresdale Station this Sunday to shoot a barbershop a cappella group. Should be fun!

Nice work Albert! Have fun on Sunday. I recently saw a quote that applies: "There's no bad day that can't be overcome by listening to a barbershop quartet; this is just truth, plain and simple."
