Eyes Wide Open

The American Friends Service Committee has brought the Eyes Wide Open exhibit back to Philadelphia. If you recall from last year when the exhibit started its first tour. The exhibit displays one pair of boots to represent each American soldier killed in Iraq. The last time it was here, it also had normal shoes to represent all of the civilian casualties as well, one pair equalling many many deaths.

The exhibit is on Independence Mall and runs through July 4^th at 4p. I'm heading on over.
