Guinness

I just love how Guinness cascades. But the finished product of that beautiful almost jet black is must mesmerizing. On second thought, I think that Guinness is my favorite beer. I've been liking it more and more lately and it may have overtaken Newcastle as my #1. Beamish may have moved up along with Guinness into the #2 slot.
And who invented that nitrogen pill? I want to give that person a huge hug.

it is all so familiar, when we studied in england s lived on newky brown and guinness. as i've said i forgo, but can appreciate its lure.

The bartender at Bards (20th and Walnut) said that Bards was the only bar in the city that served Guinness with the nitrogen thingy on draught. There is a very noticeable difference between the Guinness at Bards and Guinness elsewhere in the city.

i've noticed that there are so many bartenders - when the bar is not even packed - who single stage pour the black. puh-lease.
i'm gonna have to take a stroll over to bards, it's been ages since i've had a good pint from a tap.
